    Amazing Imagery

Well, let's hope I can do this correctly. I've been privileged to enjoy the Nokia N73 for the past couple of months. As anyone that has had the chance to use this device knows, it's a fantastic phone with a ton of features crammed into a really small package.

What you may not know is that it is also capable of producing what I consider to be some astonishing quality photos. Bear in mind that I'm no kind of professional photographer; far from it. In fact, it wasn't until I received the N90 earlier in the Blogger Outreach Program that I took pictures at all.

That said, I'm very pleased with how my images turn out using the N73 and thought I'd share a couple of them here. I give full credit to Nokia and the N73 for the quality of these images. Any problems you might notice should be squarely blamed upon my own incompetence.

The two images above were shot in San Francisco at Yerba Buena Gardens near the Sony Metreon. The image below is of the "W Hotel" sign and is done using maximum digital zoom. I was amazed at how good the image resolution was using that much digital zoom. The color saturation is remarkable too.

    Luca And Flickr

Luca has been having lots of fun with his N73 of late.

Most recently he's discovered how easy it is to upload the sharp photos he's taking using Flickr, the Yahoo operated photo sharing site. He's also a tad desirous of more blog services being integrated by Nokia with LifeBlog. He uses BlogSpot and that's unsupported at present.

A long weekend in the USA but a short weekend in Canada for our pal Alex Saunders who is totally jazzed about the N73.

Take a look at the photos he's been snapping and more importantly his fine commentary on what is likely his second favorite phone at the moment.

Alec's comments on what's great, good and not as good as other Nokia phones in the N or E series are very timely for those looking for a holiday present...

Google GMail on your Nokia N73

Now this is a very cool application and if you're a Google GMail user one that you will want on your N73 immediately.

Luca has tried it and provides his comments.

I've used the GMail application on other Nokia devices and it's very, very slick, fast and plain dumb simple to use. This is a real testiment to getting it right vs. other email solutions for a mobile phone.

Sync Up The N73 With A Mac

If it wasn't for the blogosphere I'd never know how to make my N73 work with the Mac Book. Luckily others like Luca have the same penchent for finding and sharing that information.

If you are a Mac user and also have an N73, Luca's tip on how to sync is a real salvation. What's even better, is knowing Luca, it works.

    In His Hands...The N73

Now that the N73 is in Luca's hands, he's started to take it apart and figure out what it's all about.

This post is the first in that direction.

The comparison to a Mac is very interesting. When we began the Nokia Blogger Relations Program one of the goals was to make the experience Apple like on a subliminal level as we realized the devices were about as Mac like as you could get in a phone.

Luca's realization was one more validation point that working with leading bloggers who have passion and understanding would help make the products better understood. Also, as a veteran Nokia user his comparisons to other Nokia phones will be most insightful since there is no comparison to experience.

Luca's First Impressions on the N93 and N73

Luca has begun his disection of the N93 and N73 while he awaits the N80i (i for Internet edition) that will really be more up his alley as the CEO of a world class VoIP technology and telephony company.

Like so many in the Nokia Blogger Relations Program it's always heartwarming to read the "I've got a present" like reaction and to follow the trial of likes, dislikes, comments and concerns.

    Luca's first post is here.
